me with my ring and it is more beautiful than I imagined, I'm simply blown
away! The etching is gorgeous and you can tell that the person who did it
put a lot of love into it, please thank them for me. I really like how
protected the diamond is since I'm pretty rough on my rings and the added
diamonds around it makes the top look bigger. I know we ordered the 3/4
carat, but with the added diamonds, it makes it look bigger and how's a girl
gonna refuse that? LOL! Anyways, thanks for your help and calming my nerves
and I can't wait to show if off during our family Christmas get-togethers.
My sister's boyfriend might be in the market so I'll have to give so words

you for your service. I didn't want to send you a review until I had time to
properly have my ring inspected by the local jeweler. I'm happy that my
jeweler did concure with your apprisal and gave it a little higher value which
I am estatic about. I beleive that I received a great deal based on what the
jeweler told me. Aside from that, I am most happy with the design of the ring
as it's something that I could not get locally and is very unique. I have not
given this to my girlfriend yet as I wanted to wait till our family gathering
at Thanksgiving. I can't wait for her to open the box in front of our families
and I know she will love the ring. The whole process of ordering online was a
little nerve wrecking, but in the end, I walked away with a stunning product
for an amazing price. I will certainly be back next year for the wedding band!

I'm not one to usually write reviews but wanted to comment on my experience
with Sun Jewelry. Now, if you are on the fence about purchasing from them like
me, do not worry as they stand behind what they sell. It had taken months to
find the perfect ring in which to propose and an equal amount of time to save
up for it. So as you can see, I had a lot of time and money invested in
finding the perfect ring. After comparing several rings from Sun Jewelers to
other online and local jewelry shops, I came to the conclusion that Sun
offered the best dollar value when comparing the same specs. Often times, for
the same money, I was able to get a bigger and better quality diamond compared
to the competition.
I ordered the ring and in about a week or so, it arrived. I immediately had my
local jeweler verify my purchase and was thrilled that the center diamond I
ordered was exactly what was promised. However, what I was not thrilled about
was that one of the side diamonds was a little cloudy which could be seen
under a microscope. Since I invested so much in this ring, I wanted it to be
perfect. I contacted their customer service department and they assured me
that they would fix the problem and sent the ring back. A couple days later I
received the ring back and had it looked at again. My jeweler did note that
the cloudy stone was replaced with a much better one and was delighted to get
his opinion on the value of my ring which was about 2 1/2 times more than what
I had purchased it for. I wouldn't hesitate from buying from Sun Jewelry again
and feel confident that if I had any problems they would make it right.

being very picky, but you know I only plan on proposing once so everything
HAD to be perfect. I really appreciated your patience with me and your
ability to customize the ring exactly the way I wanted. I also took the
opportunity the last couple days to have the ring looked at by my local
jeweler to make sure everything was like I ordered. I am happy to report
that the grading was spot on except for the diamond weight which was a
little under. However, the jeweler said he was only able to
"estimate" the diamond weight because it was already set and the
underweight was not off by much and it actually could be right. He did
note that the craftsmanship was very high and the value for what I paid
was very good. As a matter of fact, he said the price paid was almost his
cost if he had to make the same ring. So upon hearing this, I am more then
satisfied with the purchase and wanted to thank you for your hard work and
will be purchasing other items in the future from you.

tons of questions and really appreciated your patience and honest
recommendations. Your professional opinion helped us saved money which went
towards the honeymoon! Most places would have had us go with a higher then
necessary quality to make more money, but your honesty showed that you cared
more about the customer then up selling which is such an admirable trait in
todays business world. And, that is how you gain trust from customers.
I have a friend who use to work in a jewelry store and had her look at my
ring. She was really impressed with the quality and actually didn't believe me
when I told her how much I paid for it. She told me that I would have to pay
at least twice that much. Also in retrospect, I think you are right about the
sizing and I'm probably going to have to send it back for you to size down a
little. However, everything else if perfect. It sits really nice on my finger
and looks so elegant. I've only worn it to work for a week but have received a
lot of complements. The designs around my area or just so boring and my ring
looks classis with just a little extra that makes it look special. Again, I

ring to match my wife's ring. Although, MR1051 was very close to what I had
in mind, you were able to custom make it with diamond and blue sapphires to
match my wife's ring and it looks amazing. Honestly, we I went ring shopping
at my local jewelers and saw a ring I liked, I was unable to have them
change out the stones and basically told me that "what you see is what
you get". If they were to "custom make" one for me, it would
cost $500 more and I was glad to see that you did not charge me any extra to
make the changes I wanted. That there saved me $500 right of the bat. Also,
I am so impress with the quality of the ring which was a lot heavier then I
imagined and feels so much more substantial then the one at my local store.

Let me take a minute to thank you again not just for my
beautiful ring (ER2754), but for the overall shopping experience.
First of all, the selection is unmatched, as are the customization
possibilities. I was able to find a setting that reflects the real me, and
when nearly everything seems to be in cold looking white gold, I was able to
specify warm yellow. Also I shaved down the center stone a tad, as I'd feel
silly wearing anything larger. Really, I'm just absolutely thrilled.
Then there was the lightning fast delivery. Received the package the day after
you dated the appraisal. Speaking of which, I initially scoffed at $3980, but
then I did some comps at other retailers, and that seems pretty much right on.
Daniele and I have already selected coordinating wedding bands (aswb1034) and
(milgrain5mm)and will be back closer to the date to order them. Thank you so
