Let me first start off by saying that my fiance and I are skeptics. We were both very reluctant to order such an expensive item, such as our engagement ring, off the internet. I remember the first time we contacted Sun Jewelry on the phone and spoke to Abit. I asked him all kinds of questions......"How many people work for you?" "Who do you supply to?" "How can you afford to have such low prices?" I also looked up Sun Jewelry on the Better Business Bureau to make sure they didn't have any customer complaints. I dind't find anything. Furthermore, I emailed one of the women that submitted a testimonial to see if what she said was true. She emailed me back encouraging me to order and convincing me that it is all true. We were drawn to Sun Jewelry because of the selection and prices. There is no way I would have found as many unique rings locally as I found on Sun Jewelry's homepage. When we received our ring, I was stunned. It was gorgeous. We ordered a platinum band with a center princess cut stone and 12 channel set diamonds in the band. Abit contacted us just before we received it and told us that he upgraded the center stone to a certified diamond because he was out of the stone that typically sets in the band. We had it appraised immediately and found that we paid $2400 less than it would retail for. However, we were disappointed to find out that the center stone was loose and that there was a stone missing from the band. I contacted Abit and we sent it back immediately. He ended up recasting the band, adding the extra stone, and polishing it to perfection. He did all this without hesitation and determined to make me happy. I was so excited to get it back. It was just as beautiful as the first time. I was very satisfied with Abit's service and knowledge. He was very sensitive to our concerns--encouraging us to take the recasted ring back to our appraiser to make sure we were completely satisfied. Abit kept telling me that he was definitely going to get it right the second time so I wouldn't have to part from it again. I get so many compliments daily about my ring. Everyone stares at it in awe of the setting, clarity, and beauty of it. It is the ring of my dreams. I feel like I am wearing a secret--a beautiful ring that we got at a great price! Even the retailers couldn't believe that I purchased my ring for the price we did.....they were stunned. We are also going to purchase our wedding bands from Sun Jewelry. Abit is going to specially design mine to match my engagement ring. I would recommend everyone to Sun Jewelry. There is absolutely no reason why people are purchasing jewelry from retailers when you can find a better selection, service, and quality at Sun Jewelry. I was skeptical buying such an important piece of diamond jewelry from a website for my wife. However, I read all the positive feedback from other satisfied customers and decided to use Sun Jewelry. I called the toll free number and spoke with Abit, the jeweler. He was as wonderful and caring as everyone wrote about. He emailed me about the status of the diamond nameplate he was making for my wife and even downloaded pictures for me to see its progress. He suggested various chains to make the piece look feminine. When I received it, the diamond nameplate looked gorgeous. He even added extra diamonds at no additional cost to make the piece look better. Anyone using him -- don't even blink an eye. ABIT....... AS YOU KNOW, I LOOKED FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS FOR THE PERFECT WEDDING RING AFTER MINE WAS STOLEN AFTER ALMOST 18 YEARS OF MARRAIGE. I would like to say that I definately had my reservations when it came to making this type of purchase (engagement ring) over the internet but the manager, Abet, made this experience a great one. I called a couple of times prior to my purchase to get some questions answered and get a "comfort" level. He made sure I felt that this purchase from Sun was like a purchase I would make at a bricks and mortar retail store. Upon receiving the ring, I did call back with a couple of more questions and not only did he answer them, he recalled who I was and what I had purchased. Thank you for everything and I couldn't be happier!

In searching for an engagement ring at local jewelery stores, I quickly learned that I was against a rock and a hard place. I was limited on color and quality, styles, and all along being pushed into something that I really didn't want. After looking at dozens of rings I finally found the one I wanted at Sun. I was convinced that there was not a better ring for the money. And when it arrived I was sure of it. The diamond was the best quailty of all that I had seen at the local stores. The service at Sun Jewelery was exceptional. After placing my order and my initial call to Sun, I called approximately a week later. I was suprised that Mr. Abit remembered my specifics and quickly had answers for my questions. The service at Sun was amoung the best of any transaction that I have ever had, internet or otherwise. First,let me start by saying I was in the jewelry business for almost 12 years, I managed two different stores. Over those years I must have worked with at least 20 "jewelers" or benchmen. Recently, my husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and he wanted to buy me a tennis bracelet. Over the years I've lost all my jewelry contacts,(moving and raising a family)so, we started our search...everywhere! I knew exactly what I was looking for and I knew the quality diamonds I wanted. But, since I was used to paying wholesale for my jewelry for so many years it's VERY hard for me to pay retail. So, of course I wanted it all...good price, good quality, and great service! When I got in contact with Abid from Sun Jewelers I thought, is this too good to be true? He's telling me everything I want to hear, even better. Then, he offered to make up the bracelet for me and send it to me on approval! This was a 5 carat dia. tennis bracelet! So, after talking with him a few times on the phone I went with my gut instincts, and took a chance on Abid. I received the bracelet earlier than expected and it is BETTER than expected! It is beautiful! You can tell they take great pride in their work. i must begin this testimony by saying that i had many reservations on purchasing a diamond that i was unable to view. however, the seven day money back guarantee helped in making the decision to persue this incredibly fantastic ring. my experience with sun jewlry has been non the less a blessing. after being married for 11 years i was finally going to have the diamond ring of my dreams and you can too. i spoke to the designer ABIT and he was so kind and understanding of my concerns that i immidiately felt at ease. His willingness to explain and guidance through this process was exceptional he is a true professional and thanks to him and sun jewlry i now have a one of a kind 2.33 carat diamond ring to call my own . Sun Jewelry is absolutely one of the best internet jewelry stores I have encountered. And trust me, I have spent a lot of time both on the internet and at local jewelry stores. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Sun Jewelry and there is no doubt in my mind that I could not have gotten a better ring elsewhere for my investment. Sun Jewelry immediately made me feel comfortable during this stressful process. Abit (one of the Jewelers) is probably the most knowledgable jeweler I have encountered. If they don't have exactly what you want, they will do everything they can to either create or alter one of their copyrighted styles to your exact specifications. It's not a problem for them because as Abit says "We really love what we do". I suppose to stay in business for as long as they have, you must! Thank you Sun Jewelry. We purchased my Fiance's ring and it was incredible. After seeing his we had no problem ordering my ring of almost 2 carats. The fire and quality of my ring left me speachless. Great work, Sun Jewlers. When I'm ready for my diamond bracelet, this is where I'll look first

I am overjoyed with my ring. I keep staring at the diamond trying to see some kind of fault, I can't. It's just like looking into a star. The service I received was beyond compare. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Sun Jewelers. I received a beautiful ring, valued at much higher than what we paid. (Actually, it is my intent to contact them and see if they can design a matching wedding ring to the engagement ring we purchased.) After actually purchasing a ring for much higher at a retail store (double the price, less carot weight and same quality of stones)...we returned that one and purchased online from Sun Jewelry due to the great pricing structure and originality of the rings. The picture did it no justice...the ring is gorgeous! The gentleman I spoke with on the telephone was also very friendly and the ring arrived within 8 days of purchase. I would recommend this store to anyone!
