Credit Card Information Protection

  • Access to credit card information is severely limited here at corporate headquarters and the only instance that your credit card information would ever be seen would be one one in which manual intervention were necessary on our part (ie. credit card declines).
  • We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
  • If there is an error that we have recognized at order processing, we will NOT charge your credit card until we have received confirmation from you and you only!

Product Availability

  • Sun Jewelry makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within the next business day. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email or receive a phone call from our customer service department stating more details within one business day. Special items and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details and product availability when you place your order.

Future emails

  • If you receive future emails about Sun Jewelry and you do not want to receive future mailings, feel free to call our customer service department or send us an email.  We will remove your email address from our list.

Cancellations
